We’re constantly growing and expanding our service options, so if you have something in mind that we don’t yet provide, we’d love to hear about it.
SHORT TERM SEMINARS FOR STUDENTS &Â ADULT LEARNERS
Weekly Seminars for students to gather, make new friends, and gain content related to the Expanded Core Curriculum.
Ages 0-3, K-12, College Age and Adult Learning Programs for all blind and visually impaired persons world-wide.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
COMING SOON!!!
Professionals within the vision rehab field will be able to gain continuing educational requirements through ACVREP.
Seminars may be best for OT, PT, CLVT, TVI, COMS, Paraprofessionals, Special Education Teachers, administrators, etc.
Parents of blind children will be able to attend seminars to gain a better understanding of how to play or interact with their child.
CONSULTATION
Consultation appointments are offered to help with parents, teachers, special education teachers, school administrators to enhance the livelihood of persons with a visual impairment.

Travel to students learning, living or work environment is optional based on needs.

EDUCATIONAL &Â REHABILITATION CONTRACTING
Engage in educational duties as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired, Orientation and Mobility, or Low Vision Rehabilitation Therapy Intervention to persons whom are blind or visually impaired. The Expanded Core Curriculum, Functional Vision Evaluation and Learning Media Assessments are conducted. Physical presence for educational concept delivery in addition to distance consultation to maintain communication and skills taught with teaching staff and student when not present.

Arctic Vision also engages in best practices in providing vision rehabilitation to adults, and older adults who are blind or visually impaired in the areas of Orientation and Mobility, and Low Vision Therapy both virtually and in-person depending on skill set and goals.

Open to travel outside of Alaska per contract or funding source.
BRAILLE EMBOSSING
Produce braille documents for braille readers to access print, or NLS Manuscripts to be submitted.
​
Same day production and mail out via Free Matter for the Blind, Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS.
